Car Security
We are pleased to be able to offer a complete range of security devices which include insurance approved alarms and immobilisers, slam locks and tracking systems.

We specialise in Autowatch and Cobra products but are able to install any other make that you may want. We are manufacturer approved to ensure that all systems are fitted to strict installation standards, which means that you as a customer receives a certificate when an approved system is fitted. This means that you can provide this to your insurer to help lower your car insurance!

Otherwise all other car alarm systems are fitted to BS 6803 part II. On offer for all electronic security systems is a personal lifetime guarantee from Autosound that is non-transferable and far exceeds the manufacturer warranty. We give this to you the customer so you have complete piece of mind that the security system you choose will give your car the protection it deserves...

Xenon HID Kits
HID kits are available for most vehicles and we only install quality, German manufactured kits. High Intensity Discharge (HID) Xenon headlights are the new generation headlights that are fitted to most luxury cars and most new cars can have them fitted as an (expensive) option.

They produce 300% more light than standard halogens and yet use less power. The HID Xenon (not Zenon) lighting technology is significantly different to the conventional halogen bulbs that use a heated tungsten filament. Unlike Halogen lamps, HID lamps don't have a filament but create light as a result of an arc between two electrodes. The heat from the arc vaporises the metal halide which produces light as the temperature and pressure increases.

The light produced by an HID Xenon lighting system is greater than a standard halogen bulb and with less power consumption. On the road, HID Xenon lighting systems appear as a bright white beam which resembles natural daylight. The bright white beam offers greater visibility and road safety.

Parking Sensors
Dents to the bumpers or under body panels can happen all too easily when parking in unfamiliar places, thanks to low walls and bollards. Far worse is the chance of a child stepping out behind you to cross the road as you are about to reverse. Parking sensors make driving both easier and safer.

Sensors can be mounted at the front and rear of the vehicle and these gauge the proximity of objects and admit an audible/visual warning as you drive closer to them. Not only do they make parking less stressful and safer, they could pay for themselves in a short time. The excess on your insurance usually means you will end up paying the full cost of the relatively minor damage or it could mean the loss of your no claims bonus or a personal injury claim.

OUR parking sensors are original equipment quality and work seamlessly when you engage reverse gear, alternatively for front detection operate a switch. We offer a colour coding service so the sensors blend in perfectly to the aesthetics of your car.

Few of us might admit that we feel uncomfortable having to park in tight spaces - a set of parking sensors won't correct bad technique but will help to make the average drive more confident and the reduction in stress level alone makes it worthwhile!..

Mobile Phone Handsfree Car Kits
Installing handsfree kits is the core of our business. When fitting them to your vehicle we avoid drilling holes or making marks to the dashboard. Heated Seats
Made in Germany using carbon fibre technology these are an amazing bit of kit that will keep you your bum and back toasty all winter through! As with seat heating integrated by the manufacturer, the heating elements for the seat and backrest are fitted between the upholstery and the seat cover. The retrofit does not alter the shape and characteristics of the seat. The desired temperature can be set on a two-stage switch - much the same as with an original part.
